ADVANCE ENGINEERING and CONSULTING is the brainchild of two development industry veterans, Elizabeth Fonvergne and her sister. Their vision was to provide a premier women owned consulting firm serving both the public and private sectors with the added value of meeting your projects WBE and SBE requirements. Although a small business enterpise, Advanced Engineering and Consulting provides services for projects of any size through strategic alliances with compatible firms.

Elizabeth Fonvergne – CEO

Ms. Fonvergne has 25 years worth of skills and training in the engineering industry and a degree in business management. She has been employed at all levels of a consulting engineering firm from the bottom up. She interacts with government agencies at many levels, understands contracting and risk management for design professional firms, and actively pursues relative continuing education. She is well recognized by local and statewide industry associations. Her multi-faceted experience, and her extensive exposure within the industry make her an outstanding choice for Chief Executive Officer.

David Silverman, Ph.D., PE – COO

Dr. Silverman comes to Advanced Engineering and Consulting with over 30 years experience in the engineering industry. He began working as a survey intern while still in high school. He continued working in the industry throughout his education. Throughout his career he has worked with major companies and institutions, domestically and internationally, on some high profile projects. His ability to meld superior engineering concepts with practical construction methodologies make him a perfect Chief Operating Officer for Advanced Engineering and Consulting.
